Return & Refund Policy
At LabGrownDiamondsOnline.co.za, we are committed to transparency and quality. Due to the nature and value of our products, the following return terms apply:
1. Loose Lab Grown Diamonds
We offer a 7-day return period on loose lab grown diamonds from the date of delivery.
To qualify for a return:

The diamond must be in its original, unused condition.

The original grading certificate must be included.

Security seals (if applicable) must be intact.

The diamond must not have been set, altered, or damaged.

The return must be approved in writing prior to shipping back.
All returns are subject to inspection and verification against the original certificate and laser inscription.
Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after inspection and approval.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense and must be insured for full value.
2. Engagement Rings & Custom Jewellery
All engagement rings, made-to-order settings, resized rings, and customised jewellery are considered custom goods.
Custom goods are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in the case of manufacturing defects.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion.
3. Order Cancellations
Orders for loose diamonds may be cancelled within 24 hours of payment, provided the stone has not been secured from our supplier.
Custom ring orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
4. Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers must inspect items immediately upon delivery. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
Failure to notify within this period may result in rejection of claims.
5. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method only.
We reserve the right to deduct payment processing fees, currency exchange losses, or third-party transaction costs where applicable.
