1. Product Information

All diamonds listed are independently certified and graded by recognised laboratories.

While we strive for accuracy, slight variations in colour perception, display calibration, and lighting may occur.

All specifications are based on laboratory grading reports.

2. Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR).

Due to live supplier feeds and market fluctuations, pricing and availability may change without notice.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Pricing errors

  • Supplier stock unavailability

  • Payment verification failure

  • Fraud suspicion

In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

3. Payment & Fraud Protection

We reserve the right to request identity verification for high-value transactions.

Orders may be delayed or cancelled if fraud risk is detected.

4. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential loss

  • Emotional distress

  • Loss of opportunity
